When contacted - they pretty much deny for any help. They only have 90 days return policy - thats all, however metal zip malfunction is manufacturing issue. They only offered me 20% discount on new jacket. LOL - same crap! Please STAY AWAY !!! from big discount - you will end up buying a crap even though you spend $200 Good luck and god bless
