  TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS I HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH SEARS. I shop at sears all the time an I loved it until my boyfriend bought me an engagement ring on November 7th sent it out that day to be sized it took til December 12th to get it back after they told me 2 weeks then they sent my boyfriend home with 2 other peoples rings that wasn’t even out an had no clue that they did it until I took it back in. So boyfriend proposed on Christmas Eve an my ring was tarnished already an bent where they sized it. So I took it back in last Wednesday an they said a week an that they will make it priority to be done in 1 week an now it’s over a week still nothing. I called Wednesday 2 times they were suppose to call me back I got nothing I called today had me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me they just got it on the 3rd of January. Very poor business. I will never purchase any jewelry from there again for it to be sent out an ruined am bent an tarnished. Bad business.
