  Purchasing our pool was the easiest part. We purchased in March and were told that we would be at the top of the list for installation. It took until Mid June to get it installed! Plus, the hole was dug and it took at least two weeks after that to install, even though we were told by the installer it would be installed the next day. The installer was extremely difficult to reach and never returned my phone calls until I would call a manager at Pool City to complain. Once it was installed we were left behind. We had many questions on the filter and the care of the pool and we were told to look it up on their website. The caps on the posts of the pool kept breaking off. I called Pool City about this and the installer was supposed to call me and come out to take a look. This was two months ago and still no installer or call from Pool City. We were also told that the pool cover for the end of the season was included in the purchase and that is not the case. I totally regret this purchase and should have went with the competitor across the street even though their price was a little higher. Seems as though once you buy the pool they are done with you and don't care. Pool City definitely needs to work on their customer service skills.
